Inspector Jade's partner, Sergeant Jerome has been murdered and is emotionally compromised to conduct this investigation. This case has been assigned to units with better capabilities and resources.
While there are no current leads, preliminary investigation has suggested that this murderer has deliberately left clues that leads to the location of the murder weapon. All units are advised to follow up on each of the clues to decipher the location.
Investigation has commenced. Currently, we have an undercover operative who has insider information. Unfortunately, protocol mandates that information retrieval has to be done with a meet up. Should any personnel encounter this operative, approaching him is advised. Maintaining his cover is secondary to information extraction.
